Great Features for Your Benefit!
This is new and current stock, canoe paddles made by Carlisle. These are the Golden Light Touring T-Grip Paddles. The square end shape has great surface area for great performance. The gold anodized shafts are very appealing with a foam grip surface for the shaft hand, and a very comfortable T Grip on the business end for twisting and J stroking. We really like these paddles due to the weight. These are not a rental grade paddle that is fat and heavy. This is a great customer choice entry level paddle that is very light weight. Note the 51 inch length!!! Great for short paddlers, and light weight too! These are available in 51", 54", 57", and 60" lengths.
Paddle Measuring Tip! - For your personal paddle length, measure from your chin to the floor while standing, and subtract two inches. Round off to the closest paddle length available either direction. Another note, the really long length is not necessary, as we are finding future offerings is doing away from that long length. Your call, but we do believe tall guys or gals do fine with the 60 inch paddles. Longer also takes more effort to bring around for switching sides too. Just internal thinking in the industry...
