Table Rock fishing report June 16,2009

The lake level is 916.3 but will probably rise a bit do to recent rains. Water temp has been fluctuating between 75 & 80 degrees depending upon the weather.
Bass fishing has been good with a good number of 4 to 6 lb fish coming on crank baits and top waters up the river . Down lake foot ball jigs in PBJ color and drop shot in the 15 to 20 ft depth .
White bass are showing up in various places around the lake they are fickle and can show up almost any where .Up river a white rooster tail will get the job done and down lake a white or chartreuse spoon will work. We caught two on top water the other morning that average 2 lbs a piece.
Blue gills are still biting in the 15 to 20 ft zone on crickets and night crawlers.
Not much repot on the crappie except the one’s that are being caught are deep in the trees.
Channel cat and  big flat heads are being taken up river on flats on rod and reel baited with small blue gill . limb lines and trot lines are producing numbers of big cats.
There’s plenty of fish out there ready to eat so get out there and get er done.
Good fishing
