Table Rock Fishing Report–July 28, 2009,

Lake level 915.3.  Water temp varies from 79 degrees to about 82 degrees depending on area of the lake.  All the recent rains has cooled things off  but not the fishing. We had a day between another guide party and my guide party where we filled a wheel barrow with big white bass down towards the damn on white half ounce Hazy dazie jigging spoons in about 35ft of water.  It was a cool rainy day and we didn’t see another boat . Too bad they missed out. Whites are also chasing shad up the river arms.
Bass fishing is still going strong . Up river It’s anything from crank baits to foot ball jigs and shaky heads Down lake it’s drop shot rigs over deep trees.
Some pretty nice blue gill are showing up in the twenty foot zone down lake on crickets and night crawlers.
As of this writing rain is in the forecast for the rest of the week. Fish don’t care if it’s raining only the fisherman do. Get out and have some fun.
